Contact us for:
- account help
- room or lobby issues
- bug reports
- safety concerns
- privacy questions
- account or data deletion requests
- feedback about games or features
What to Include
To help us find the issue, include only what is needed:
- your PlayTuck nickname
- your friend code, if available
- the email address on your saved account, if you have one
- the room code, if the issue is about a room
- the game you were playing
- what happened
- approximately when it happened
Do not send passwords, payment details, private personal information, or sensitive information about other people.
Account and Data Requests
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email support@playtuck.com.
If you request deletion, we may need information to verify the account. Guest accounts may be harder to identify, so include your nickname, friend code, room code, or approximate use date if you have it.
For saved email accounts, we may send a verification email with a confirmation link or button before deleting account data.
Safety Reports
If another player is misusing PlayTuck, include:
- room code
- player nickname
- approximate time
- what happened
- any helpful context
Do not include screenshots or personal information unless needed to understand the safety issue.
Marketing Email Opt-Out
PlayTuck does not currently run a marketing newsletter. If marketing emails are added later, you can use the unsubscribe instructions in the email or contact us at support@playtuck.com.
Response Times
PlayTuck is a public-preview product. We will try to respond as soon as practical, but response times may vary.
