Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PlayTuck, a social game app and website operated by Squawk, a Florida-based sole proprietorship.

Acceptance

By using PlayTuck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PlayTuck.

Public Preview

PlayTuck is currently a public-preview product. Features, games, rewards, availability, data storage, account behavior, and design may change. We may reset or delete preview data when needed to keep the app stable, improve the product, or fix problems.

PlayTuck is intended to launch for users in the United States. If you access PlayTuck from outside the United States, you are responsible for following any laws that apply to you.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayTuck.

If you are 13 or older but not yet an adult where you live, you may use PlayTuck only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use PlayTuck if you are under 13.

Accounts

PlayTuck can be used with a guest account created through anonymous sign-in. Guest sessions may be temporary and may be lost if you clear browser data, sign out, change devices, or if preview data is reset.

You may save a guest account with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your email account and password secure.

You may not use someone else's account without permission.

Rooms and Hosts

PlayTuck rooms are designed for groups who know each other. A host may create a room, share the room code or QR code, select games, start rounds, remove players, transfer host, close the lobby, and change room settings.

Players should leave rooms they do not want to be part of. Do not share room codes publicly unless you are comfortable with others trying to join.

Conduct Rules

Use PlayTuck respectfully. You may not:

• harass, threaten, bully, or target other people
• use hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or illegal content
• impersonate another person or PlayTuck support
• post links or contact information in nicknames or clues
• share private information about yourself or others
• use PlayTuck for gambling, paid-prize games, betting, or sweepstakes
• use PlayTuck for emergency, safety-critical, or professional decision-making
• interfere with the service or try to bypass security rules
• scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or abuse the service
• use automated tools to create rooms, accounts, requests, or spam

We may remove content, restrict access, reset data, or take other action if we believe these Terms are violated or the service is being abused.

User Content

You may enter nicknames, clues, votes, feedback, bug reports, safety reports, and other gameplay or support content.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

You give PlayTuck permission to use submitted content as needed to operate, moderate, debug, support, and improve the service. For example, clues and votes may be shown to players in the same game, and feedback may be reviewed by the PlayTuck team.

Game Results and Progression

XP, coins, levels, stats, cosmetics, friend codes, room history, and similar features are app progression features only. They do not have real-money value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be changed, reset, or removed during preview.

Payments and Donations

PlayTuck does not offer paid app features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid-prize games, or gambling at launch.

The PlayTuck website may add an optional donation section. Donations are voluntary support payments. Donations do not purchase game advantages, paid features, prizes, equity, ownership, or any guaranteed service level.

Unless the donation page says otherwise or the law requires otherwise, donations are not refundable. Squawk is not a tax-exempt charity and is not representing donations as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Before PlayTuck adds paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or full-release payment options, these Terms should be updated.

Safety Reports and Moderation

Players may report bugs, safety issues, or behavior problems. Reports should be truthful and specific.

False or abusive reports may violate these Terms. PlayTuck may review reports and diagnostic information to protect users and the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using PlayTuck, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

PlayTuck uses third-party service providers, including Firebase and Google services, to run authentication, hosting, databases, and backend functions. If donations, analytics, or other tools are added later, PlayTuck may use additional third-party providers.

Your use of PlayTuck may also be subject to terms or policies from your browser, device, app store, Firebase, Google, Apple, payment processor, or other service providers.

Availability

PlayTuck may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed at any time. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, bugs, data resets, or preview changes.

No Warranty

PlayTuck is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Squawk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses related to your use of PlayTuck.

Termination

You may stop using PlayTuck at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or abused the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PlayTuck changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
